I am happy to describe to you the unique and romantic wedding that took place on Saturday June 25th. This day we had the privilege of Coordinating a Wedding of a young couple with residence in San Diego but with family coming from Mexico City and some other international cities.

Georgina and Roberto had chosen Los Cabos as their destination wedding back in 2010 when they came for a visit to this great area and saw several venues for their flawless ceremony and party.

The event was held at a Private Beach Club in Cabo. They had 300 guests who were transferred a short distance from the host hotel and around 6 pm were greeted with fresh natural flavored water as the Bridal party prepared and get their floral arrangements before walking down the aisle.

For the ceremony, they brought a Catholic Priest to perform the mass. The Bridal party walked through the long white aisle, decorated with romantics white daisies on the sides, while the flower little girl spread white rose petals that preceded the beautiful Bride and her father as a duet played the Bridal March of Mendelson.

After the ceremony, guests were invited to a flawless cocktail hour followed by a trendy menu dinner. The hors d´oeuvres included shrimp shot cocktail in Tequila shot glass, Tuna sashimi and Goat cheese crostini. The dinner menu included various duets that could please the palate of all the guests: Tomatoe Gazpacho served in martini glass & Fish ceviche served in a seashell. The main course was comprised of a Chile Relleno (Poblano Pepper stuffed with Shirmp) and Fish fillet served with a lime – butter sauce. Chicken breasts in rich tomato sauce & steamed vegetables as well as Fetuccini Alfredo were served for guests with allergies or vegetarians.

The tables were romantically decorated with white overlays, crystal clear chargers, and two main unique floral sets designs with floating cymbidium orchids and hortensias.

For their flawless and romantic celebration, the young and trendy couple decided to serve a trio of mini desserts: Crème Brulee, Chocolate Cake & Piña colada Mousse, instead of the traditional wedding cake.

For the afterhours and following the Mexican tradition, the “Tornaboda” started at 2 am and they served the famous red and green Chilaquiles.

The DJ played “Caminando por la Calle”, song by Gipsy Kings that was chosen by the newlyweds Georgina and Roberto for their first song, they looked great in the middle of the dance floor as their guests and family faces were stunned by that unique and flawless moment, shortly after, Georgina Danced with her father “Kind and Generous” from Natalie Merchant.

Guests continued to dance throughout the night as the DJ tried to please every song request. Props were passed around (glasses, hats, rubber microphones, etc) to enhance the party!

Finally, the romantic and flawless celebration ended short after the Bride and Groom left for a unique & romantic  suite!

Congratulations Georgina & Roberto!
