If you plan to invite kids at your wedding, we recommend you having some entertainment for them. Include some Mexican items to the activities and in this way they will have fun and you too! Ask your Wedding Planner to arrange some tables and tools a little bit aside from the Reception area where kids can enjoy their activities.
POTTERY PAINTING
Many Mexican Resorts and flea markets sale blank pottery so the children can paint with their own style and take it home. Ask your Wedding Coordinator the best place to find these pottery pieces that are ideal for kids. Make sure to provide some aprons to avoid accidents!
POSTAL WRAPPING PAPER, ACRYLIC PAINTING & PAINTING BRUSHES
Kids LOVE painting and more if they have lots of paper to freely paint their creations. Have some postal wrapping paper rolls that you can easily find at the office supplies stores and have them available so kids have something fun to do while you enjoy your wedding reception.
PIÑATA MAKING
Piñatas are very important in Mexican festivities and of course are fun to make. A large pottery jar, colorful tissue paper and glue are the main elements to create wonderful piñatas. You can fill them with candies and they can break it at some point or the next day of your wedding!
GIFT BAG GOODIES
A gift bag with goodies is always welcomed by kids! Have some crayons, booklets and stickers. I am sure this will keep them busy and it is also a souvenir that they can keep.
MOVIE & POP CORN TIME
Most of the resorts have meeting space and screens where they can project a movie. Ask your Wedding Planner to get two or three kids movies titles that they can enjoy while having pop corns. Include some puffs and pillows for seating. It is always convenient hiring the services of a Nannie to watch the kids for this activity.

Do you have any video of that? I’d love to find out some additional information.
