If you are planning your Cabo Wedding Ceremony and you are thinking what would be cool to throw out or release during the recessional, here are some great ideas!
Rice
Rice grows abundantly and quickly, therefore it is a symbol for fertility. Guests would throw rice at the couple to ensure prosperity and fertility. Wedding customs such as this are still used today, often in the form of birdseed or confetti.
Bubbles
A beautiful look is given when blowing bubbles during the recessional, it works perfect for daytime weddings at outdoor venues!
Petals
Your florist can arrange mini baskets or boxes with petals that can be set at each seat of the ceremony. A colorful rain of petals will be the photographer´s delight!
Birdseed
An eco-friendly option, birdseed is a good idea to throw out for your after ceremony exit. Not only will look nice, but you will be feeding those great creatures.
Butterflies
Create a memorable addition to your wedding by releasing live butterflies as a part of the recessional. It takes advance planning and care to use live butterflies in a wedding and choose the right moment for their release, but it gives a beautiful touch!
Bells
Classy options with your names engraved can be used for your wedding ceremony exit and as a favor.
Paper balloons
For night event ceremonies, the paper lit balloons provide a stunning image in the sky soon after they are released. Make sure your Wedding Planner informs the Hotel or venue about this as some properties have restrictions.
Thanks for the post. I’ll certainly return.
